Busy as Bees
A simile is a figure of speech that directly compares two different things by employing the words "like", "as", or "than".
Busy Bees. Now the hive is buzzing. It seems to really be prospering and the activity outside is growing. They find the pool a favorite hang out, but if you don't bother them, they will only investigate you and then move on.Now these two are "busy as bees". Thanks to them, there is a chance we might have a few tomatoes this summer. Momma brought some started plants. She and Pax went right to work planting them and a few gourd seeds. Terry has jumped in and been helping with the watering!
Everything else in the garden is looking good. All the herbs are strong, heirloom pumpkins and watermelons are up and thriving. The peppers and squash are strong with a few blooms on them. Patiently waiting on the garlic and radishes. But NOTHING will be as delectable as those tomatoes!!
